We are pleased that you are able to join with us today, as we are here to worship our Lord and Saviour, Jesus Christ. If you are on holiday, we welcome you and ask that you will please take our greetings back to your home church. The services both this morning and evening will be taken by Rev Robert Amess. We pray that both the Speaker and hearers will receive a blessing from the Lord. The Lord’s Supper will follow the service this morning, and all who love the Lord are invited to join with us at this special time, Lord’s Table Servers to be David Cowling and Tony Hollow. There is a basket in the foyer to collect offerings for the Food Bank.

Claire is still going on steadily. Please remember Mary Parsons, Jimmy and Vanessa Barber, Ted and Margaret, Margaret Allford, David and Margaret Stratton, Vera Care and Leah. Also pray for Rita Phillips, Iris Bidgood, and Joshua Peters, we understand that the doctors have done all they can for Joshua. We can give thanks that Margaret Trevorrow is a bit better, but is still very weak. Carol Gee is also quite unwell, as is Drew Stewart. Also please pray for Newell Perkin and others in the town who are poorly. Pray without ceasing!
There will be a bowling evening at Porthmeor Bowling Club on Friday, 2nd August at 6pm, weather permitting! If you would like to bowl or just be a spectator then please put your name on the list at the back of the Church and also indicate as to if you would like a pasty.
The United Beach Mission will soon be down here in St Ives. Please pray for these young people as they seek to lead others to the Lord. Some of them are away from home for the first time, and life can be tough with opposition on the beaches!
Last Week’s collection amounted to £535.71 and the giving for the Church Hall costs was £47.00.
