We are pleased that you are able to join with us today, as we are here to worship our Lord and Saviour, Jesus Christ.  If you are on holiday, we welcome you and ask that you will please take our greetings back to your home church.   The services both this morning and evening will be led by members of the United Beach Mission Team.  We pray for them and trust that they will have a happy and profitable time on the beaches this week. We pray that both the Speakers and hearers will receive a blessing from the Lord.  There will be refreshments following this evening’s service, please stay and have fellowship with others.

Claire continues to go on steadily. Please remember Mary Parsons, Jimmy and Vanessa Barber, Ted and Margaret Allford, Margaret and David Stratton, Vera Care and Leah. Also pray for Rita Phillips, Iris Bidgood, Joshua Peters and Barbara Andrewartha.   We can give thanks that Margaret Trevorrow is quite a bit better.  David Smith is still not at all well, and would be glad of our prayers. Also please pray for others in the town who are poorly.  Pray without ceasing!

In the New Year the churches in the area would like to offer the Schools Association assistance in providing the curriculum requirement of Religious Instruction through ’Open the Book’.  For this to happen volunteers are needed.

These are the practice dates for the Carol Choir; Practices in Fore Street Sunday School each Sunday afternoon in November.  Appointments – Thursday, 5th December St Uny Church at 7pm.  Saturday 14th December Fore Street Methodist Church at 7pm.  Monday 16th December at 7pm Old Cornwall Society, Junior School.

The Chapel Christmas Dinner for this year will be held at Rosewarne Manor (Connor Downs) on 15th December.

Last Week’s collection amounted to £505.70. Gift for assessment £5. Rent of the Hall £37

The assessment for 2019-2020 will be £15927, which equates to £3981.75 per quarter or £1327.25 per month.  So far this year we have paid £9000 and I expect to add to this DV.  Thank you to all who have increased their giving.
